Drive to Tiger Hill (~4:30 AM) for sunrise over Kanchenjunga

Departure: Drive to NJP/Bagdogra (~3 hrs)

Sittong is an offbeat village – expect basic, clean homestays, not luxury hotels.
Mobile network can be patchy in Sittong.
Roads between Sittong and Darjeeling are narrow; a smaller vehicle is best.
Carry warm clothes year-round, especially for early mornings in Darjeeling and Sittong.
